TG I was very disappointed in this shirt. Online it looked so cute. When I received it, the color matched the picture. However, the material was super cheap and scratchy on the inside. The button holes were frayed. I called customer service because I felt that my shipping should be refunded but the person I spoke to did not budge. She told me I should have watched the video about the shirt (?). I went back and looked and there was no video. I think if you sell a cheap quality item, you should stand behind your customer satisfaction. Now I am out 7.00 in postage and will get a store credit. I hope that whatever I choose next will be better. After this, I will not shop here again.

TG This was the cheapest flannel shirt. The fabric was thin and scratchy inside and just as another reviewer mentioned, the button holes were fraying and looked bad. I contacted customer service, and they would not budge on giving me a refund or paying my shipping costs. Instead, I was asked if I watched the product description video. I told her I should not have to watch a video to determine if a product is faulty or not. Iโm sure they wouldnโt mention that in their own video. Plus, there was no video to watch on this product. Regardless, I am out seven dollars on shipping the horrible thing back. And since they do not offer refunds, Iโll have to choose something else. I hope whatever it is, has much better quality than this ๏ฟผshirt.

BK The buttons were barely stitched on and hanging off. Extra strings from stitching all around buttons. Just looked like it was rushed too make. Buttons fell off after first wash and hang dry.
