Twisted waistband

I really like the short style, color, and design. I ordered a size up from my typical S for an extra roomy fit. I could've gone up one more size for a more comfortable fit, but the M will work. My biggest issue is with the elastic in the waistband. Every time I take them down (restroom breaks) the elastic twists and seems to fold in half. I wish the band was a bit more sturdy.
