Much heavier than expected

This sweater is very thick and heavy. I had to return it for 2 reasons. 1 I would be way too hot in it due to the heaviness and 2 it is actually pretty short in the torso. I do have a long torso and I was hoping it would hit me at the waist but unfortunately it does not even work with high waisted pants for me. It is super cute though and made well.
