I ordered the Judy Blue capris according to the size chart and they are too big. I wanted to exchange for a size smaller, but they do not exchange at all. They also will not refund you for your purchase, only a store credit or gift card! An unfair policy for an online only retailer. Why would I want to order other merchandise that you can only guess at the size and possibly get something else that doesn’t fit? I suppose I take for granted the company will make your purchase right. Every other company I’ve ever dealt with does. Check their return policy before you order!
