Terrible customer service. The dress was good quality but there was a stitching issue on the bodice that was preventing me from getting the dress on. I contacted customer service and got a response that didn’t address the problem 4 days later. I responded with more questions and they never followed up. Luckily my mom was able to fix the dress. I purchased two more dresses before this issue popped up. I am praying that these dresses arrive without problems, because customer service is no help whatsoever.
