Cooling Down in Coral
Hey Filly Flair Fashionistas! It's another gorgeous day in Sioux Falls, South Dakota which is always the best way to start my morning. I mean, we are seriously getting closer and closer to SUMMERTIME! You know what that means right? If we can ever get through COVID-19 then we can have pool parties and beach days and make new memories with all of our favorite people. The first day of summer 2020 may still be about a month away, but we're slowly getting there day by day.
Summertime represents so many emotions and feelings for me. For starters, it's my favorite fashion season because I get to rock my favorite women's boutique dresses. I always shop online with interesting fashion boutiques to find the best of the best that the fashion world has to offer. The first time I ran across Filly Flair boutique, I remember I was in literally women's clothing heaven. I scrolled the site for hours before completing my large purchase of women's dresses and accessories. Since that day, I've never looked back.
From my first Filly Flair clothing haul, it was comical to me how much coral I purchased without realizing it! One of my absolute favorite colors to wear in the summer is coral. Coral is a gorgeous mix between orange and pink and can take on a spectrum of hues from muted to vibrant. Now, depending on your skin tone, coral may not be the best color for you. If there's one thing we know about this festive color though, it's that coral always looks stunning on tanned skin.
Now don't get me wrong ladies, I'm not a fan of laying out in the sun or in a tanning bed all day. I am extremely fair skinned which means if I'm in the sun more than hour, I'm RED! I'm the girl that has a year-round membership to palm beach tan where I have become a pro at the gorgeous fake-bake. Yes, I am talking spray tanning and looking like a bronzed goddess without the harmful effects of UV rays! I have the entire method down to a science.
