Good evening Filly Flair Fashionistas! I am feeling extra festive today, and I think it's because the holidays are in the air! With Thanksgiving this weekend and all of my family coming into town, I just feel giddy and warm and HAPPY! Do you know what also makes me happy? I finally figured out what I'm wearing this Thanksgiving. I've been thinking about it and sifting through my closet for DAYS, but I finally settled on a beautiful rust midi dress, long necklace, statement earrings, leopard clutch, and leopard print sandals - all from Filly Flair of course!!!
I hope yall are as excited as I am about today's blog post because the whole outfit was a STEAL!
This gorgeous dress features a beautiful and warm-toned rust color, midi-length cut, and 3/4 length sleeves. The material is ribbed to add dimension and also super stretchy leaving plenty of room for fuller hips and busts. I always have a hard time finding clothing that fits my hips and waist and bust all at the same time so this dress was perfect for me! The tie-waist sash really shows off curves by hitting at the smallest part of your body and accentuating your curves.
This long pendant necklace features a classic mix of gold and ivory and dainty beading detail. Made from 60% buffalo leather, you can take any look to the next level with this gorgeous hair-on-hide necklace. It pairs perfectly with the rust color of my Thanksgiving midi dress and really ads a level of elegance to the whole look.
These earrings matched perfectly with this entire Thanksgiving look. They are super fun and add just enough of a statement to stand out amongst the solid dress and dainty pendant necklace. These earrings feature rhinestones, beading, and ivory fans to draw attention up to your face and steal the show!
This clutch is a real show stopper with its animal print, classic nude, and shiny finish. You can carry this clutch in your hands or drape like a cross-body bag (chain included)! I really felt this pairing tied everything together with just enough of a pattern pop to bring life to the outfit.
Everyone knows animal print is the new neutral so it only made sense to bring it all together with some cheetah print sandals. I'm lucky this year that Thanksgiving won't be freezing so I'm able to get away with exposing my feet this weekend. I really feel like this whole outfit is super classic while still remaining on-trend and expressing my personal style.
Well, ladies, Thanksgiving is only a few days away! Have you figured out what you'll be wearing? Let me know in the comments! Also, what is your favorite Thanksgiving Day recipe? I want a link to that as well because my family is attempting a pot-luck style feast this year, and I need inspo!! As always, have a fabulous holiday and until next time, be safe and be merry!
