I normally wear a size small and so ordered some tops and dresses in small. They were huge! I washed the blue top hoping to shrink it, but it didn’t work. Since it had been washed I couldn’t return it.
There are no refunds, just exchanges, so I was in contact with customer support trying to figure out what size jean I might need. I didn’t get much help there and was told to compare my normal size jean with theirs. The description is scant, giving a number for the size and length. I sized down in the jeans which fit nicely but the length of 27 inches, when I normally wear a 30 inch length, was excessively long. I’ll have to cut off 3-4 inches when I hem them.
I won’t order anything else since it seems their sizing does not fit me.
