Wanted to love but fell short

I will only wear leggings with side pockets now and when I saw these, they looked great with a wide high waistband with side pockets and good price. Unfortunately, they run small (except for the waistband) and the waistband does not stay up at all and there was a hole in one of the side pockets (see picture). It wasnt worth returning due to the price of the legging and the price to ship them back. Unfortunately, I have to give these a poor review as nothing about them was comfortable or of good quality and most annoying is the waistband that never stays up. :(
