I can't imagine having a online boutique where people can't see, feel or try on items and they don't allow returns for refunds. I ordered two sweatshirts and some Judy blues and the Judy blues didn't fit like any pair that size like I already own. THEY ARE HUGE. Like 2 sizes to big for me. I emailed right away and was told only store credit. That's after I pay the return shipping. NO THANKS. I'll donate them and I've learned my lesson. Customer service goes a very long way
